Conveyor Belt Sushi (part 2)

This is a continuation of the previous post...

This time the focus is more on the surroundings of the conveyor belt sushi place + a stray pic of one of their sushis...

Lobster Salad Sushi

They have these every few feet. These taps spout boiling water you can use to make your tea. Tea bags are provided at no charge. The white-packeted things in the box to its right are disposable chopsticks.

Here's what the restaurant looks like from my table. The sushi goes round and round in a dizzying circle... LOL

Conveyor Belt Sushi (part 1)

Do you like sushi and sashimi? I do. I go gaga over them. :P

There's this conveyor belt sushi chain store in Taiwan which charges NT30 (approx. USD1) a plate.

Here are some of the stuff we had on our last visit:

Miso Soup

Seafood Sushi

Salmon Sashimi Sushi - my favorite!!!

Dunno what kind of fish this is but I love it! It's a bit sour and simply yummy!

21st Century (fast food store)

although it borders on the not-so-cheap line (based on taiwan standards), this grilled chicken set meal is actually very filling and yummy. the chicken itself is full of flavor and does not require the 'assistance' of any sort of sauce. hmm... i may come back for more!

the whole set costs NTD129 (approx USD4).

Lydia's Lechon de Leche

Ah.. lechon de leche.. the prime of Filipino foods, a feast is never complete without this. Made from 100 % pork, this goes perfectly with the liver sauce. This particular lechon is from Lydia's, one of the famous names for the famous food item. Really delicious but high in cholesterol and fats.so sad, yet so satisfying, yum! :D
