Pork chops

For dinner I made pork chops the way my dad makes them. It was my first try but I think I came really close to the real thing, around 90% I would say. I'm just so proud of myself I called my mom and my dad to brag. Hehe.

Incidentally, my dad and my brother were having pork chops for dinner also. Talk about coincidence!

Shabu shabu in Kagoshima (Dolphin Port)

I forgot how much the set was, but it was around 1000 yen.
It came with some fish (first pic, very tasty!), tempura, meat (in the paper 'pot'), and plain rice.
It was a great meal!
