This was taken at my favorite beef noodle place in Taipei. Unlike most beef noodles, the broth they serve the noodles in is comparatively light and may not suit all palates. But I like it this way.
This one is the standard beef noodle variety (NTD120, approx. USD4)
This one is the mixed beef noodle variety (also NTD120, approx. USD4)You can bits and pieces of beef from different body parts
